Welcome to act1v. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the act1v application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using act1v, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About act1v

act1v is an A/B testing platform designed for content creators. The act1v application enables users to test different video content variants on social media platforms, collect performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions about their content strategy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using act1v, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the act1v application or any of its services.

3. Description of act1v Services

The act1v application provides content creators with the following features:

• Create and manage A/B tests for video content within the act1v platform
• Connect social media accounts (including TikTok) to act1v for content distribution
• Upload and post video variants through act1v to connected platforms
• Collect and analyze performance metrics via the act1v dashboard
• Receive data-driven recommendations from act1v for content optimization

4. Account Registration

To use the act1v application, you must register for an account. When creating your act1v account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information to act1v
• Maintain the security of your act1v account credentials
• Notify act1v immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your act1v account

5. Social Media Account Connection

When you connect your social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) to act1v:

• You authorize act1v to access your account data as permitted by each platform's API
• You authorize act1v to post content on your behalf to connected accounts
• You authorize act1v to retrieve performance metrics for your posted content
• You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service
• You may disconnect your accounts from act1v at any time through the Settings page

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to act1v. By uploading content to the act1v application, you grant act1v a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use of act1v

When using act1v, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using act1v
• Infringe on the rights of others through content uploaded to act1v
• Upload malicious content or malware to act1v
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to act1v systems
• Use act1v to distribute spam or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property

The act1v application, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, are owned by act1v and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

act1v shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the act1v application. act1v does not guarantee any specific results from using our A/B testing tools.

10. Changes to Terms

act1v reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify act1v users of significant changes via email or through the application. Your continued use of act1v after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

act1v may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the act1v application will immediately cease.
